We welcome past and present cohorts of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University DBA programme to join the PolyU DBA Alumni Association Ltd. (ˇ§DBAAA').

- Associate Members joining the Association prior to 2008 are eligible for upgrade to Life Member upon their DBA graduation.

-$15 will be charged in case of re-issuing the Federation membership card

All annual membership fees will cover the period of one whole calendar year. However, for the first year of enrolment, the annual membership fee will count from the date of the enrolment to the last day of the following calendar year.

 

Subscription payment must be made at the time when the application form is submitted. Cheques should be made payable to ˇ§The Federation of the HKPU Alumni Associationsˇ§ or ˇ§the PolyU DBA Alumni Association Limitedˇ¨. Please send the completed application form and cheque to the Federation office for processing. (Address: 15/F Li Ka Shing Tower, HK Polytechnic University, Hunghom, Hong Kong).

 

All members could automatically become the cardholders of the Federation of the HK PolyU Alumni Associations. A Federation Card will be issued by the Federation to each applicant.

All members of the Association are entitled to participate in activities organized by the Association at a reduced rate. Members can benefit from a wide range of programmes/privileges specially offered to the FHKPUAA
cardholders, such as Campus Sports Card, Campus Language Center, Campus Book Shop, Campus Parking, Health Scheme privileges, Hotel &Catering privilegesˇK And many moreˇK (Please contact the staff of the Federation Office for the latest benefits!)
